Is it possible to define &quot;form controls&quot; here?	You&apos;ve got the Categories
section earlier in 4.10, but that doesn&apos;t define the term either.  If there is
not a single set of elements to which the following subsections apply, could
you note that and just say that they apply to any form-associated element that
defines the corresponding content attribute?
