Rationale: The requirements are dotted all over the spec, in the various places that are relevant. Search for &quot;Constraint validation:&quot; to see many of these places. So I don&apos;t think it&apos;s possible to provide one link. That&apos;s actually why I included this non-normative section, to summarise it.</thetext>
