    <thetext>&quot;an hour&quot; is surely correct, and there&apos;s no need to change it.

The others in the list seem to be acronyms such that they start with a vowel when pronounced, so &quot;an&quot; seems better here too (eg &quot;an XSLT transform&quot; reads much better than &quot;a XSLT transform&quot;).</thetext>
