    <thetext>Besides the &quot;refresh&quot; directive most browsers also support a Refresh HTTP header. Since HTML defines the &quot;refresh&quot; directive it might make sense to also define the HTTP header so we only have to define parsing here. (I did not file this bug, but it does make some sense to me.)</thetext>
