    <thetext>The name of the argument is given as &quot;b&quot; but references are made to it under the label of &quot;d&quot; - such as &quot;&apos;0&apos; when d = 0000&quot;.

The error still exists in the Editor&apos;s Draft as of 3rd of June 2011.</thetext>
