Rationale:

So the problem referenced in comment 3 is that saying that an audio track is &quot;unavailable&quot; because the user is deaf is somehow considered insulting.

I asked around and deaf people can perceive audio tracks, they just don&apos;t perceive them well enough to distinguish specific words. So I&apos;ve changed it to &quot;not clearly audible&quot;.

I don&apos;t understand how the rest of bug 13440 comment 3 applies to the text so I didn&apos;t change anything else.</thetext>
