Need Object Oriented Programming concept in HTML:
This is needed to simplify and group html code so that each elements can be
fetched easily. 

Type definition:
Option to have a template name like typedef in C, so that long nested tags can
be given a user defined name and used to reduce long codes.

Dynamic Update:
Option to dynamically update a tag contents for which the refresh period can
be given in the same tag.

Rationale: Proposals for major new features need much more detail than this.  Ideally, they should take the form of lists of use-cases, i.e., real-world problems that web authors face today and that cannot be solved without adding new features.
