On the other hand, it is listed twice in the Events appendix (perhaps it was added in the wrong location?). If you mean the "List of event handler content attributes" table, then of course DOMContentLoaded isn't listed... it's an event, not an event handler, and has no corresponding event handler. I also don't understand what the paragraph you suggest adding means. All the event handler content attributes are listed in that section, or at least meant to be.
