    <thetext>The second one seems to work again.

Any idea what the right reference is for ISO-8859-11? IANA doesn&apos;t have an entry for it (naturally). ISO charges 66. SFr. for it (naturally). Wikipedia has no other useful references as far as I can tell.</thetext>
