from Reinaldo Ferraz <reinaldo@nic.br>

I belive that *3.11 A group of images that form a single larger picture
with and without links* is not necessary. the same situation is been
using at the examples *Example 1.1* and *Example 1.2*</thetext>

    <thetext>Hi Reinaldo,

Status: partially accepted
Change Description: spec modified
Rationale:
I have not removed section 3.11 but have modified both sections and examples:
3.1 A link or button containing only an image
http://dev.w3.org/html5/alt-techniques/#sec1
3.11 A group of images that form a single larger picture
http://dev.w3.org/html5/alt-techniques/#sec11
3.1 no longer contains examples of multiple images that form a larger picture.
I moved the example from 3.1 to 3.11 where it is more appropriate.</thetext>
  </long_desc>
