Maybe I am confused, but I why would kind, label and language be repeated in TextTrack and not default? TextTrack is about the contents of the text track itself. The only reason kind, language, and label are repeated there is so that they can be exposed for text tracks that don't have a <track> element (i.e. in-band tracks).
