    <thetext>In Transfer.Put() the &lt;Representation&gt; element is required when the
Dialect attribute is missing.  However, its not clear to me what
fault should be returned when it is missing.  This isn&apos;t a Transfer
specific issue since I think this would apply to all specs.
For example, what if there&apos;s a typo in wse:Expires&apos;s child?

It seems like there should be some generic &quot;syntax error&quot; fault
some place for these cases.</thetext>
