<thetext>Specification: http://dev.w3.org/html5/webstorage/
Section: http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/complete.html#top

Comment:
It is said that "Values can be any data type supported by the structured clone
algorithm", but the algorithm is not described. In fact is it deeply buried in
the HTML5 specification, open to fuzzy interpretations. Values are a
fundamental part of any database, this should deserve a clear description.

<thetext>Checked in as WHATWG revision r5770.
Check-in comment: Add references to HTML spec since structured clone is defined there.

<thetext>Web Storage and HTML are the same spec: http://whatwg.org/C

They're just split out for W3C editorial purposes.

Anyway, I've added references to the HTML spec from the Web Storage spec to resolve this.

> open to fuzzy interpretations

What is fuzzy about the structured clone spec? It should be pretty specific.</thetext>
