<thetext>The specification requires "Identify deprecated features." Even in
version 1 of a specification? (Yes, it can happen that version 1
formalizes industry practice, so defines and immediately deprecates
something).

Conversely, is it required to state explicitly "there are no deprecated
features" to meet this requirement? Otherwise, its hard to distinguish
between a pass (there are no deprecated features listed) and a fail
(deprecated features are there, but were not identified as such).

We suggest that a bullet "It has no deprecated features" be added to the
bulleted list under "Conformance criteria".</thetext>
