    <thetext>Parsing the value of the up relationship is difficult with the multiple words. If trying to build breadcrumbs from a list of &lt;link rel=&quot;up[...]&gt; is hard and requires recursion and looping. A simple syntax like &quot;up;3&quot; that would define the up relationship and the depth instead of &quot;up up up&quot; would be much simple to parse.</thetext>
