If so, then I think "small print" is, in practice, well-understood as being more than just text that is small. WordNet says: "the part of a contract that contains reservations and qualifications that are often printed in small type". I could change "small print" to "fine print" if that would be better. Please reopen the bug if you would like that change. (The two terms are synonyms.)
