Rationale: I don&apos;t understand. Could you elaborate? Why is this an HTML issue? Isn&apos;t this a quality of implementation issue? Are you just saying the spec should mention that this is a feature that some users will find useful? In general we haven&apos;t included much user agent implementation advice, that&apos;s more the realm of the UAAG and WSC:UIG documentation.</thetext>
