non-focusable-reference-fragment

When an input element is focused, the focus count will be incremented and displayed.
document.activeElement will have a grey background. If the body is grey, it probably means that none of the elements are focused. onfocus = navigate to #focusable-reference-fragment
onfocus = navigate to #non-focusable-reference-fragment
onfocus = navigate to #non-existent-reference-fragment
