Uni-directional HTTP
Based on HTTP, sending headers for meta-data and then sending resources.
Uses “multipart/related” to group content for “all or nothing” delivery.
Includes FEC algorithm for lost or damaged data.
Uses carousel model to allow clients to tune in mid-stream.
