We also brainstormed ways to build in time to review the surveys that the AG chairs are planning to send with batches of provisions that are aiming to move from exploratory to developing or from developing to refining. 17:14:23 Other topics we discussed: 17:14:23 (1) creating a template for providing feedback on each section—what user needs are not being addressed by the current section? Does COGA have existing resources about those missing user needs, etc. 17:14:23 (2) creating a tracker for COGA members to see at a glance where we are in terms of reviewing WCAG 3 sections and/or provisions. 17:14:23 (3) possibly prioritizing the order in which we review different sections on a COGA schedule and which provisions we review in each survey that are scheduled by the AG chairs 17:14:25 (4) developing a system that includes sending pre-reads, facilitating workshop sessions, and sharing feedback with WCAG section editors 17:15:48 We also talked about bandwidth. Do we need more time than the existing COGA meetings on Mondays and Thursdays? If we carve out more time, are more people like to attend or are people already stretched thin time-wise? 17:15:53 kirkwood has joined #COGA 17:16:07 We'll discuss all of this with the full task force at this Monday's meeting. 17:16:15 rrsagent, make minutes 17:16:17 I have made the request to generate https://www.w3.org/2026/02/19-coga-minutes.html julierawe 18:07:57 jamesn has joined #COGA 18:25:10 kirkwood has joined #COGA
