TPAC 2025
Kobe, Japan & online
10–14 November 2025
Highlights
Hour-long sessions proposed and led by participants
For full-community discussion about Web technology, W3C, or liaisons
Distinguished from “group meetings,” which are generally inward-looking
Frequently where ideas for the Web are introduced to the W3C community
TPAC breakout schedule
Typically around
80 sessions proposed
TPAC 2025 goals to reduce risk of scheduling conflicts for participants:
9 time slots
over 4 days
For any slot, max of 10 parallel sessions
We try to avoid scheduling related topics at the same time
Once scheduled, sessions appear in the
detailed schedule
(e.g., as a grid) and
TPAC 2025 breakouts calendar
Subscribe to calendar entries to receive notifications about those sessions
Breakout participation and other policies
Ok to walk into a breakout session after it has started and to leave before it has ended.
Presentations may be recorded but our
policy
is not to record discussion.
Minutes are recommended and are made public after TPAC.
Participation policies
are same as other parts of the week.
Remote participation
: Almost all breakouts are open to anyone with a W3C account to join remotely, free of charge, without a TPAC registration.
