14:21:17 <Fredrik> matatk: There are two things other groups can ask us to do in terms of review: one is horizontal review, the other is reviewing an issue before it gets into a spec.

I can see both sides of it. If you are doing this to express intent, it seem sq uite apropriate that there could be a default that you had to accept, but if the results changed, they would change for the better.
