When we left off, we have a UTG proposal in, for adding concept IRIs to LOINC. Discussed doing another proposal to add IRI stems to MESH. That will be used as an example in the rdf.html page. 16:04:50 dbooth: When the MESH jira ticket is in, I can reference that from rdf.html 16:06:00 gaurav: 1. Need people to vote on the existing proposal. 2. Need to put in the MESH proposal. 3. Need to write the code for the existing accepted proposals. 16:06:49 chris: This comes up in working w Chris Mungall. I might be able to help. 16:07:48 dbooth: I believe the code changes are changes to XML files. 16:08:57 gaurav: Also will meet tomorrow with M Handel's group, on IRI stems. Term Infra Mgmt. 16:09:33 ... Meeting is 11am-12, Eastern US time. 16:09:47 dbooth: Working on slides? 16:09:56 gaurav: Yes, adapting previous slides. 16:10:28 dbooth: Please share slides w me to review. 16:12:37 https://jira.hl7.org/browse/UP-364 16:12:46 https://docs.google.com/document/d/1e_g-sJCCbVIhbBdjoIYTCN4znwCCK2z7E-Oss2VqgrA/edit# 16:12:53 https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-37960 16:13:03 https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-39604 16:13:42 Topic: FHIR build process 16:14:23 jim: Chatted w grahame. He explained that the generator always produces code that doesn't quite compile, and he has to manually tweak. 16:15:13 ... He set out to run the gen, but only copy over the java parser into my branch. My PR would only be changes there. 16:16:42 ... If I just copy the generated parser into my branch, it almost compiles. (Only 5 errors.) Two parameters: 1. branch I'm working on. 2. When running the generator, you put in a version for a FHIR pkg that it downloads. I was prev running w the "current" pkg, but grahame said to use snapshot3. 16:17:28 ... Resolved all that over the last couple days. Tried gen from that and latest release code. Will now go back and re-apply my changes to master branch. 16:17:56 ... Not sure what to do w a couple of these problems. Will have to go back to grahame if I don't figure them. 16:18:24 ... need to get the procedure nailed down. 16:19:01 ... Two big things after that: 1. Implementing remaining changes. 2. Compile the whole lib and see the changes show up in the RDF examples and templates. 16:36:47 dbooth has joined #hcls 16:37:02 rrsagent, draft minutes 16:37:04 I have made the request to generate https://www.w3.org/2023/01/05-hcls-minutes.html dbooth 16:38:38 Topic: ShEx 16:38:38 eric: Working on SWAT4LS tutorial. Will try to get my part done. 16:38:38 ... Next couple weeks. 16:38:48 ... Can someone else help? Anyone familiar w the POJOs that drive the parsers? 16:38:48 rob: I have some familiarity. Could help next week. 16:38:48 eric: When you're parsing a polymorphic thing, like observation.value, next version will be called ObservationValue. 16:38:48 rob: I'm central timezone. 16:38:49 s/Topic: ShEx/Topic: HAPI/ 16:39:01 ACTION: Eric and Rob to meet on HAPI updates needed 16:39:10 Present: Chris Roeder, Rob Hausam, Gaurav Vaidya, Jim Balhoff, David Booth, EricP 16:39:10 ADJOURNED 16:39:10 rrsagent, draft minutes 16:39:11 I have made the request to generate https://www.w3.org/2023/01/05-hcls-minutes.html dbooth 18:07:35 dbooth has joined #hcls
