16:24:34 <bowtieguy> When working on the "Disabilities and barriers they encounter" section of the 3.0 template, I noticed that we've started grouping barriers by disability groups. There were some barriers that were more situational (example: shaking train/ bus or using a device with one hand for touch targets). I suggest we include a "Situational" group for this section across the templates to capture how this work could help all!
