<JF> Q

JF: use the work element, heading means a container with content, control means button or something

<JF> agreed. but then the attribute is applied to *the content* inside of the <p> element

Lisa: heading will include some critical information, like the specific time, 11:00pm may means not a same time for school students

https://www.w3.org/WAI/APA/task-forces/personalization/track/actions/13: find more value duplicates from

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-personalization-tf/2019Oct/0022.html

<LisaSeemanKest> topic, distraction and beckies question

Becky: For example, a free blog on wordpress.com has ads inserted and the blog owner has no control. Are these exempt because I, as the blog owner, have no control of them? Do we expect the owner of the advertisement to add the data-distraction attribute? I’m guessing most will not want to. Need clarification on who is responsible.
