• putting together all the use cases

5. Update on use of Web platform in worldwide TV specifications

• Web Media Profile CG to be launced?

6. ATSC 3.0 updates and potential feedback to the Web standard

• TV Control API CG chair replied to ATSC liaison mainly on the API use

7. MSE/EME updates and potential implementation issues on TV sets

• Hybridcast group filed issues with MSE

  2. Needs mechanism to present texts and graphics accurately synchronized with video at low processing load

• Both the issues are identified as "VNext" and to be discussed for the next version of the MSE spec.

8. Timed Text WG Update

• A paragraph on expected further collaboration was added to the updated TTWG Charter:

9. Takeaways from the W3C Web and Digital Marketing Workshop

• W3C continues to explore this emerging industry vertical. The workshop identified three streams of work:
  
  • Security, reflected in the RequestVisibility API work underway in the Web Application Security Working Group
