Cello downloaders:

At a minimum you need the files CELLO.ZIP (the executable, support
files, and Help application), DIS.ZIP (the runtime TCP/IP stack), and
README.1ST, which will get you started on the installation.

Optional are:

VIEWERS.ZIP, which contains a graphics viewer and sound player to use
with Cello, and

GSWIN.ZIP, which contains the GhostScript for Windows application, to
be used for viewing .ps files.

The .GIFS previously in this location are in the .GIF directory
beneath.
