21:21:28 <dkaplan3> When I thought that the general guideline applied to digital publishing, but the technique was very specific to HTML, in my spreadsheet columns I put "possibly" for whether or not it applies, and then in the comments column I asked if anyone could supply a use case for us. If we can come up with use cases then it might be that we will have different Techniques to offer for the same guideline.
