ISSUE-14: S14 might be about change not constraints

S14 constraints?

S14 might be about change not constraints

State:

Opened on:

Description:
S14 https://www.w3.org/2014/data-shapes/wiki/User_Stories#S14:_Object_Reconciliation talks about changes, not constraints. It should be rewritten in the form of constraints and constraint violations. The desired changes can be embedded in the violation reports, if needed.

I expect that this can be turned into something like complex (and maybe fuzzy) keys.

I rewrote S14. New link:

I believe this addresses Peter's concern.

I think that this issue is OK now.
