Partner Agenda

Tuesday 1 July

After the workshop, Share-PSI partners are asked to meet in the bar area for an informal discussion of how the workshop went. This will allow us to keep to schedule the next day. We'll work out the exact timing on the day, noting that everyone will be very tired and will have had enough. Therefore this can only be a wind down chat, not a proper meeting as such.

10:00 - 11:00 Timisoara

• Timeline (we can't wait until Lisbon to do everything, it'll be too late)
• Formation of Organising Committee
• Outline of topic (Identifying data sets for publication)
• External groups to be targeted to ensure good participation, methods of contact and responsibility for doing so

11:00 - 11:15 Consortium Agreement

• Mateja will present the CA for you to read on the flight home

11:15 - 11:45 break

11:45 - 13:15 Lisbon (André via Google Hangout)

• Formation of Organising Committee
• Discussion of topic in more detail (headline is Encouraging data usage by commercial developers)
• External groups to be targeted to ensure good participation, methods of contact and responsibility for doing so
• Planning for the project review

The airport is very close to the hotel (you'll hear every flight coming in and going out) so you can leave the hotel an hour before take off and have plenty of time.
