Hello Tokyo eBook Workshop Chairs,

Following the first WS in New York City in february, this is
really good to see another WS taking place this time in Asia.
I would like to attend the Workshop, both as an implementor
of EPUB2/EPUB3 editing environment [1] and co-chairman of the CSS
WG, but I am not submitting a talk this time (unless you want me to
do it). I would like to listen, meet people, have discussions
with attendees and see what needs to be done on W3C's side to
address better I18N requirements (Ruby, Writing Modes, etc.).
