Discussed two approaches to provide descriptions of data in CSVs:

  * Omar's work on extending schema.org to describe contents
  * Jeni's work on LinkedCSV

Tasks to do:

  * CSV RFC needs to be updated
  * mechanism for describing metadata & contents of CSV files
      * eg through schema.org markup within HTML files
      * eg RDB2RDF direct mapping or derivative of same
  * mechanism for referencing metadata
      * eg profile on Content-Type header
      * eg Link: header
      * eg embedded in CSV file itself
