[Odrl-version2] ODRL RDFa Task Force

Dear all, we are pleased to announce a new Task Force to look at ODRL  
usage in RDFa.

We have a set of Use Cases (contributed by Joanneum Research) and  
students at the University of Koblenz-Landau are looking at the  
profile and tools.

We hope to have some outcomes for the ODRL WG Meeting in September.
