AGENDA and NOTES
1 - Finalise the ODRL V2.0 Model
The Semantics of Permissions V Prohibitions
- Priortise Prohibitions over Permissions?
- New attributes to deal with conflict (from merging licenses)
conflict = "perm" - Permissions takes precedence
conflict = "prohibit" - Prohibitions takes precedence
conflict = "invalid" - license is not valid
- When importing undefined actions
undefined = "allowed" - action is part of license
undefined = "notallow" - action is ignored
- Both of these are in the Rights element
Inheritance (sec 2.2.1)
- single inheritance only
- one parent, multiple children ok
- any depth
- add "the child overrides the parent all times"
- add at the Rights and/or Perm/Prohibit level - if it can/cannot be  
inherited

Containers (3.4)
- use Mathematical AND definition (all actions executed at the same  
time)
- OR is the default case
- add SLA example
- express separation of duty

New section on how to write a Profile
- what is in
- what is out
- document it!

Rights Transfer
- add relationship between Action and Rights called "NextRights"

Rights Exclusivity (3.3) - removed

** Move the current WD to "Draft Specification" ** (Action: Renato)

2 - Plan the Core Profile

- Review 1.1 DD and propose V2.0 Core Profile WD (Action: Susanne)
- Look at OMA additions
- CC/ODRL Profile (need to update the CC Profile for V2.0 Model)

3 - Plan the Encoding Specifications

- Propose XML Schema (Action: Alapan)
- Need an RDF/XML encoding - call for volunteers!!!

4 - Review the ODRL-Services Working Draft

- FP7 Project will use WD as input
- GR to liasise with them.. Get implementation feedback on semantics  
of the DD terms
- Update to V2.0 Model when ready...2009

5 - Review the Microformats proposal

- Looking for volunteers to build on the Plugin - new features
- creating odrl uformats
- obtrusive popup messages

6 - Discuss the future of the ODRL Initiative
Need to track related developments:
- ccREL - Renato
- OMA DRM - Susanne and Alapan
- Lib/Uni - Rüdiger
- Promotion - V2.0 Model resubmit to W3C
