[Odrl-cc] Review Suummary

Dear WG, I am pleased to announce that we received 10 Reviews for the
ODRL/CC Profile draft specification - and all 10 were positive.

There was some minor comments on the wording (editorial in nature) and
some comments to add to the XML Schema.

I will make these changes and post the final version as a 
"Specification".

Congratulations - the first official ODRL Profile!
