I can't help noticing this (I was an English major at university, many years ago). Thanks for your comments. Yes, I am aware of the grammar/spelling
errors. The draft I posted is more or less "straight off the press" so
it is still rough around the edges; I am going through the document
slowly editing it in the meantime; but I also wanted some comments in
the meantime.
