Hey,
Merry Christmas/Happy Hanukkah/Happy Kwanzaa/Holiday greetings 

There has been little activity on this email list for the last few
months ... so I thought I might have something that could get discussion
going again :p

A paper and subsequent discussion during the ACM DRM Workshop last month
in Washington DC got me thinking about the lack of formal access control
models for DRM; and since it was something I had been slowly (very
slowly) working on; I decided to focus on it and try to get it to some
level of completeness. 

I have written it up as a paper, which I am considering submission to
ACM SACMAT early next month. It is a very relevant topic to ODRL and
thus I thought you might be interested; and have comments regarding the
content. Some of the content has been discussed in this email thread
before ... esp with Vicky IIRC.
