Description:

The 1999 and 2004 RDF Recommendations included a property called
"rdf:value" to support one style of n-ary modeling. Some experts
recommend avoiding using it. Should the WG align with this advice and
say rdf:value is only to be used for backward compatibility?

Resolution at Amsterdam FTF: Close ISSUE-27, not marking rdf:value as archaic, but with the understand that the modeling advice in RDF Primer will be revisited.
