Implementation and Test Cases Task Force/Plan

The plan for this task force in the next few months (until September) will be the following:

1. Prepare a standard email to contact stakeholders regarding privacy of questionnaire responses. Act accordingly by creating a table with public responses and remove the private responses

2. Go over the stakeholder questionnaire results:

  - In the free text comments: decide how opinions can be clustered into categories/subjects
  - In the structured responses: decide if our use cases are appropriate and oriented towards the stakeholders

3. Create a new questionnaire that better enables the stakeholder to identify what are the deliverables of the work group

  - Group common concerns in the free text responses and address them in the new survey

4. Decide how the existing provenance model can be aligned with the requirements issued in the questionnaire

  - Use this knowledge to identify gaps not being addressed by the model
  - Use this knowledge to develop test units that apply the model to the stakeholders requirements
