  • Discuss any important and timely matters and opportunities to liaise with other WG/CG/IG
  • 10-May-2012 telecon is cancelled
  • 06-June-2012 telecon is cancelled

Main Agenda (~50 minutes)

  1. Focus: Community engagement, provision of content to support gov't & contractors working on GLD projects.
    • Help with procurement process to find vendors, products
    • Where is the community center of gravity?
  2. Portals, e.g., semanticweb.org, W3C catalyst communities
  3. W3C sites launched:
  4. Community Directory, a deliverable from this WG
  5. Additional requests/requirements:
    • Place to put some basic decks to communicate the basics of gov't BP.
    • One pager that has the clear, concise, consistent message to communicate LOD to government executives & managers.
    • 2-3 pager with gov't use cases + ROIs, 3-5 year ROI.
  6. Speaker invites for GLD-WG meetings (monthly/quarterly?)
    • Your ideas on increasing visibility of GLD-WG standards & best practices within the Open Gov community worldwide
