The original validators for the ORG and Data Cube vocabularies are no longer maintained. However, Holger Knublauch of Top Quadrant (@HolgerKnublauch) has developed a shapes file according to the SHACL spec, specifically SHACL-SPARQL. This file is offered without guarantees - but it's likely to be helpful in validating RDF Data Cubes.
