Related notes:

I've gone through the temporary heap and removed the sections (with comments in the change log) pointing out which Use Cases I consider to capture each of the "classes" in the heap.

A few minor things were not entirely covered:

* There was a requirement to "Seamlessly switch from one input stream to another (e.g. adaptive streaming)" which I think is out of scope for this group.

* Dynamic Compression came up again in Class 6, which is covered by UC3 (but at a lower priority).

* Class 3 had a requirement for "sound element transport controls" which I think is out of scope (it's the responsibility of the audio element spec, I guess).
