Charter and Timeline
Timeline
- Started after 2nd Web & TV workshop in Berlin (~April 2011)
- Intentionally short (4/5 months)
- Final report expected shortly after this workshop
Explicit Goals
- Identify use cases for discovery and control of devices, content and services in the home network
- Identify requirements for one (or more) standardization track work
Implicit Goals
- First step toward a better cooperation between the TV industry and the web community
- Initial brainstorming in a less formal environment (compared to a WG)
