Description of touchcancel event is missing some details

State:
CLOSED
Product:
Touch Events v1 spec
Raised by:
Cathy Chan
Opened on:
2011-09-13
Description:
What is the target of the touchcancel event? What are targetTouches and
changedTouches for this event? I would assume they are the same as in the
case of the touchend event.

Behavior on existing implementations needs to be verified.
