During the 29-March-2011 call, we discussed interface names where the primary issue is whether the currently named "TouchPoint" interface should be changed to "Touch" to be consistent with the name used in WebKit.

In our 2011-04-26 call, we resolved to rename the "TouchPoint" interface to "Touch" for compatibility with existing public content. Committed the change:
