Description:
It has been noted that Working Drafts that are outdated are not specified as such at W3C. This makes people that are not familiar with the Working Draft process at W3C end up thinking that they're looking at an up-to-date draft, when in fact, at times they are looking at something that is very outdated. We should try to figure out a way to mark all of our older working drafts as "out-of-date"
