REQUIREMENT: We should allow languages to simply point to a function rather than
always requiring an object with a function.
NON-ISSUE: The latest editors draft of RDFa API clarifies via a [Callback] decorator on the interface. We had always intended to be able to pass language-native functions to the interface. This is now clear in the spec.
