The issue resulted from a discussion on what happens with illegal datatypes. For example, do we allow relative terms in RDFa attributes like @datatype, @resource, or @property?

More specifically, does any property that allows TermorCURIEorURI allow relative URIs?

RESOLVED: Relative URIs are allowed in @about, @src, @href, and @resource - they are disallowed in any other RDFa attribute.
