TODO... (I suggest to add a sentence for PUT: "If the RDF payload is empty, an empty graph is created." and the following for POST: "If the RDF payload is empty, this operation is void, i.e. doesn't change the touched graph.")

@@CTO: I need to make this change in the editor's draft but haven't done so yet. I would suggest removing this from this particular response and when I make the change I can respond to his original email about this point @@
