Description:

Preparing the publication of XML Encryption 1.1, we are using the following algorithm identifiers outside the XML Encryption 1.1 namespace:

- http://www.w3.org/2009/xmlenc#DerivedKey
- http://www.w3.org/2010/xmlenc11#pbkdf2

It strikes me that both of these should be in the XML Encryption 1.1 namespace, http://www.w3.org/2009/xmlenc11. I'm making that change now.
